How to apply

Eyes to Mesmerise:

1. Apply a gorgeous wash of colour with a Blender Brush, or pop on a brightening shimmer with your fingertips.
2. Apply a light wash of colour for a weightless daytime veil of makeup magic or dial it up and build intensity for a more iridescent finish!
   Tilbury Tip: You can make your eyes look wider and brighter by running Eyes to Mesmerise underneath the lash line with a Smudger Brush.

Legendary Lashes Volume 2:

1. Brush on Legendary Lashes Volume 2 mascara, starting from the inner corner.
2. Zigzag the brush upwards from the very root of the lashes to curl and separate.
3. Apply to the lower lashes for a fluttery finish
